• Attendance for design and construction reviews.
• Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress.
• Develop mechanical/ electrical/ ICA systems and designs, coordinate building services layouts,and manage drawing registers and standards

Requirements

• Preferably with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in related field.
• Proficient in Bentley OpenBuildings Designer/OpenPlant Modeller/OpenPlant P&ID will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to perform tasks accurately and reliably with excellent attention to detail.
• Degree/Diploma holder in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Civil/ Architecture/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin

3. Define or assisting in defining and documenting scopes of work

4. Prepare, manage and track project progress and budgets

5. Coordinate and arrange all activities required for the execution of projects

6. Communicate project requirements to stakeholders

7. Execute project plans

8. Prepare and distribute project reports and update briefs

9. Develop resourcing plans and project budgets

10. Drive project deadlines and deliverables according to specified timelines

11. Ensure that any risks to key milestones are captured and flagged accordingly

12. Create and edit project presentations and documentation

13. Ensure document version control and records management

14. Perform other tasks, as requested by line-manager, in line with the role

Job Scope

• Administer outsource production resource system record creation, maintenance, system access control.
• Generate operations reports with data consolidation, analysis & summaries for production control and management review.
• Coordinating departmental meetings & other cross functional meetings, meeting agenda and minutes of meetings.
• Compile reports and presentation slides for monthly and quarterly management review.
• Organize departmental team building and recreation events.
• Update company Slack Channel for department events photo and commentary.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Must have good knowledge in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint and Words.
• Experience in SAP or Shop floor database will be preferred
• Knowledge SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI will be an added advantage.
