• Fulfill external and internal audit requirements and determine proper remediating actions in response to audit findings and recommendations.
• Manage the statutory and reporting requirements under Charities Accounting Standards.
• Provide financial advice and perspective to assist the development and implementation of long-term business plans and strategies, and the subsequent assessment of the effectiveness and achievements against targets and objectives.
• Review all capital expenditures to ensure compliance with the relevant policies and business and financial justifications are sound.
• Interact across organizational hierarchy & functions and with clients, bankers, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and enhance the capability and skills of finance staff in order to upgrade the finance function to meet the future organization needs.

Job requirements:

• A qualified CA or CPA with between 7 to 10 years of experience in the field of Finance.
• University degree in Accounting and/or Business Management.
• Demonstrated track record in leading a finance function.
• Experience in working in a medium to large charity will be a plus.
• Excellent engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to inspire and manage teams, both directly and through a matrix management structure.
• Highly organized with an excellent ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, Charity Accounting Standards, and other relevant statutory regulations.
• Experience in enhancement of existing finance systems in an order to automate work processes.

JOB SUMMARY:

Candidate will be stationed at NTC Client’s premise and provide support for client’s IT administration and related support for users.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support on-site and remote end-users to resolve IT-related issues (hardware/software/network) on their notebooks/desktops and related peripherals.
2. Resolve issues that occur outside work hours whenever needed.
3. Other tasks and projects as assigned by Manager or Management.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• ITE/Diploma in Information Technology from recognized institutes.
• Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role for about 2 years and above
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in troubleshooting and deploying Windows 10
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in troubleshooting desktop, printer, scanner, RF scanner, label printer, and laptop issues
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in troubleshooting user and support of MSOffice products
• Basic support of Office Network, Shared Drive, Wireless and VPN connectivity
• Basic Support and Troubleshooting of other desktop software used by the office
• Basic support on iPhone / iPad / Android phones
• Knowledge of IT procurement, order and delivery process flow and protocols
• Ability to work effectively in multi-cultural environment
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, negotiation, unorganized situation
• Ability to leverage on available tools such as subscription services, internet or other online services to support functions

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Leader and Job Captain in the performance of their duties
• Supervise the other design drafting team
• Ensure quality and accuracy of designs
• Ensure compliance with project Design Criteria/Client Brief/Approved Concept
• Ensure compliance with relevant design standards and office standards
• Attend and participate in design meetings
• Ensure compliance with ISO Quality Procedure Manual

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering recognised by Professional Engineers Board.
• Entry level with some consultancy internship experience are welcome to apply
• 1-2 years of design experience in consultancy firm would be advantageous
• Must have prior hands-on design experience in the design of ACMV, Fire and Hydraulic services for large scale building projects
• Experience in Rail and infrastructure projects and data centre an advantage

• Hands-on experience with relevant engineering software and BIM
