Position: Sales Engineer (B2C & B2B) for Air Solutions (2 Positions)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: Up to SGD 5,000 per month (x 13 months) + SGD 1,000 transport allowance + Quarterly incentives

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute sales activities with retailers to achieve or exceed sales targets
2. Ensure high-quality product displays for air conditioners and air purifiers
3. Manage inventory of demo units and marketing assets
4. Analyze competitors’ activities and identify LG’s strengths to secure projects
5. Develop display plans and determine display SKUs for Brand Experience Zones
6. Provide weekly sell-in and sell-out sales management for air conditioners and air purifiers
7. Prepare and deliver regular in-store reports to stakeholders
8. Generate and maintain sales growth for air conditioners and air purifiers
9. Arrange technical and sales training for retail staff and promoters
10. Plan and execute marketing activities for both air conditioners and air purifiers
11. Monitor after-sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction
12. Maintain documentation and track results effectively

Job Description:

1. Administer and ensure standardization of all network integration and ensure delivery line for different application.
2. Perform integration of solutions and communicate with all third party entities.
3. Prepare customer test plans and strategies of conducting procedures.
4. Perform troubleshoot on network integration processes and resolve complicated configuration issues.
5. Provide backup to other teams and analyze problems.
   1. Able to perform server/firewall/switches patch management
   2. Able to implement approved patches/releases deployment accordingly to Change Request
   3. Able to maintain network and system security included cybersecurity advisories
   4. Able to perform scheduled maintenance for servers, workstations, switches, routers, networks appliances in UAT, DR and Production Environment
   5. Able to diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software related issue
6. Train various group members and provide technical expertise in working.
7. Prepare report submitting for different customers and companies.
8. Determine tretrieval of ownership manipulating issues to ensure closure of reports at different levels.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in IT field, with background in Network maintenance and support
2. Familiar with Symantec EndPoint Protection, Windows Server, RHEL 7, MSSQL Server, VMWare ESXi 6.7
3. Familiar with SendQuick or other SMS gateways, SOPHOs or other email forwarding application
4. Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting switched and routed networks
5. Knowledge of basic Linux commands will be preferred
6. Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Duties:

• Research & implementation of new pricing models and broker support tools, in accordance with Global Analytics standards and approach

• Managing and supporting existing and newly developed financial models

• Maintain and extend indicative market data distributed to clients via Parameta

Skills and Experience:

· Minimum 5-6 years’ experience working in a pricing / modelling role in a financial institution. Knowledge of Fixed Income – Rates (Libor, RFR, XCCY) Curve Building

· Masters / Degree in Mathematics / Computer Science / Engineering

· Minimum 5 years C++ v11+ / C#, VBA skills also considered

· In depth understanding of financial spreadsheet-based systems

· Attention to detail, organised and proactive

· Analytical ability and problem-solving skills

· Open to innovative ideas/experiences and keen to create new ideas, approaches or insights

· Shows evidence of being comfortable working in fast paced or pressured environments

· Enjoys a challenge but knows when to escalate
