Your Responsibility

Reporting to the Back of House Operations Manager, the maintenance supervisor will be responsible for general repairs in the property such as carpentry, electrical services, lightning, painting, plumbing and other operational tasks. He will work closely with the Back of House Manager to find strong vendor relationships and have a good outsource pool of technicians that can work hand in hand with him to repair and maintain the property at all times. He will liaise with contractors in servicing schedules and ensure that the agreed scope is achieved.

Among the maintenance responsibilities, this person will conduct general upkeep procedures and inspection of rooms for defects and proactively repair issues to avoid guest complaints and out of order rooms. Your role
