Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the cybersecurity, IT, or professional services industry.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity services, system integration, and project management principles.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage change effectively.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the management of rooms inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue, as well as maintain accuracy of information and enhance automation efforts in reservation system.

The duties will include working closely with Epic’s customer(s) and Epic’s internal project management team to coordinate the implementation and configuration of the Epic software at customer location(s). This may include guiding customer counterparts through their build, system testing, end-user training, end-user adoption, and other implementation-related activities. They will monitor project timelines and key milestones within their areas of ownership.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major)
• 1+ years of Epic software implementation experience as an Application Project Manager, Technical Advisor, Application Manager or Application Coordinator, including experience through at least one software go-live
• Pass Epic’s standard pre-hire assessment test for the role
• Hold appropriate Epic software application certification
