Role Purpose/Mission:

· Drive retail sales in all TR SEA (7 countries: SG, TH, MY, Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, 19 POS). Implement all updates as per brand calendar and in line with brand’s directions.

· Define retail strategy per country/ retailer/ POS in coordination with Area Sales Manager TR SEA to align sales target and means to achieve it

· Lead a team of 2 Retail supervisors for SG and TH markets, coordinate directly OSEA (MY, Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam) markets and a team of 34 BAs across all different markets

· Ensure service excellence across all POS and by grooming the best BA team

· Work closely with Area Sales Director to identify business opportunities in the fast-paced environment

Main Accountabilities:

Retail management

· Define and plan retail strategy based on global and regional priorities via monthly planning

· Work in close collaboration with Area Sales Manager TR SEA to ensure suitable level of stock is available at all POS and to manage Sales target, how to deliver, what tools to use/ activate, growth drivers – to be presented and validated by Area Sales Director

· Put in place BA incentives and mechanism to drive sales within brand guidelines and strategy. Monitor/ Follow-up/ adjust when necessary

· Prepare monthly report with competition analysis, best practice on the market, operators’ activities, key information on the retail trends in the region to be shared during monthly team meeting

· Retail sales and Retail KPI’s follow-up via internal tools (Retail dashboard, CRM Aurora, Art of Perfection tracking, Art of Beauty KPI’s)

· Build strong work relationship and partnership with store management

· Roll-out of CRM regional initiatives with the support of Retail Supervisors

· Be the retail expert for the territory with quarterly presentations to top management (with support of Area Sales Director)

· Handle if any customer complaints/ liaise with Customer service and Clients affair case by case

Brand image and VM

· Work with SDVM team for all store visuals/ theme changeover per store, update planograms accordingly – ensure good implementation is done

· Coordinate with SDVM team and support for store renovation and openings

· Support team with installation report of new fixture

· Responsible for execution of Outposts and animations, VIP events with the support of Retail Supervisors

· Reports all required information and pictures to management.

· Ensure brand image is well respected online and offline

BA Management

· Ensure BA headcount is fulfilled in all locations and high motivation is delivered consistently throughout the year

· Work closely with Education Manager and Retail coach to fill the gaps in Education needs (per market, per BA if needed)

· Acquire brand and product knowledge to be a relay of information to BA’s (on top of Education team)

· Motivate and Care for the team by increasing engagement and loyalty to the brand

· Work closely with Retail supervisors to ensure all key messages are cascaded down to BAs as per brand guidelines

· Ensure Art of Perfection at counter and Art of Beauty in Facial Cabins have clear KPI’s and targets are reached on monthly basis

Responsibilities:

POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

· To be part of the Regional Team to plan, manage and develop MIMS healthcare online platform.

· Working closely with tech team, marketing team, customer service, and content team, plan user growth plan for our online platform.

· Working closely with the tech team and project managers, plan and manage new feature or updated feature development.

· Understand service and business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

· Research and understand competitor landscape and feed it to product planning.

· Support incoming enquiries from internal teams, e.g. sales support, customer service, about MIMS.com and its capabilities.

· Plan and setup both short and long-term strategy and tactics for MIMS online platform.

Create and maintain product specification document.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

Required

· Minimum 4 years hands-on working experience as a web application product manager.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.

· 3+ years of hands-on experience on product development planning with active utilization of RICE framework.

· Experience planning UIUX improvement and new value adding function planning working with the UIUX designers.

· 4+ years of experience working in online service company and have completed at least 3 full project life cycle of medium to large size web-based public facing application development (5 or more project members, 100K sessions/month or more traffic).

Ability to write and maintain good technical documentation.

· Entrepreneur mindset, e.g. willing to try something new, being resilient with conflicts and moving in an outcome oriented manner.

· Able to work independently as well as in a team (composed of members from various departments, e.g. marketing, project manager, software developer, sales support, customer support, etc.)

· Possess good communication skills in English

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Science, Engineering, Marketing or another related field.

Added Value

· Hands-on and working experience in website /mobile app development project management. Have understanding and working experience on the holistic development process such as requirement gathering, specification defining, effort estimation, implementation, testing, release planning, and post launch follow-up.

· Experience as a web application software engineer. (Public facing service)

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of Marketing experience
• Proven track record in launching and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns for lead generation
• Previous experience in building, launching, and maintaining websites, either from an agency or as a client with an agency

Identify and originate business opportunities in the region for both Co-Dev and Co-EPCI;

Define and update a strategy and market analysis for all key Countries in the Region;

Identify partners and support negotiations of MOU for Co-Dev and Co-EPCI;

Build and maintain relationships with key prospects (regional partners or local representative/project managers of global partners);

Promote our technology and skills and increase market recognition, represent the Company in tradeshows;

Participate and represents the Company in regional industry forum and trade associations;

Coordinate, hire and manage Country Representatives in the Region;

Manage directly the business development in the countries with no Country Representatives;

Ensure interfacing and collaboration with head office;

Provide advice to the Co-Dev Project managers on the development/consenting process;

Identify public funding opportunities in the key Countries for either R&D activities, local manufacturing lines, demonstration;

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Region: local certification bodies, financing community and investors;

If necessary, establish local entities in key countries in the Region;
