A. Overall Purpose Of The Job

The incumbent is responsible for developing and driving new businesses as well as account extension businesses of existing clients within the Assigned Segments, from lead generation through to close.

Main responsibility is to aggressively drive new and account extension businesses for the Singapore market through the development of sales strategies and tactical execution of action plans in order to meet the monthly, quarterly, and yearly allocated sales targets.

Incumbent will be part of the Singapore Sales & Marketing team and is required to ensure alignment of Sales strategies within the Singapore market. This is achieved through the direction of Managing Director Singapore & Middle East in conjunction with Sales activities, campaigns, and strategies in accordance with the International SOS Group Sales leadership team.

B. Key Responsibilities

a. Sales Targets and Strategies Execution

(i) Develop and execute activities that will enable the achievement of the assigned sales targets

· To achieve the assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

· To prepare actions plans and schedules to identify specific targets and/or opportunities within the assigned sales verticals.

· To ensure the required number of sales calls/visits to prospects and existing clients are achieved.

· To work with Head of Marketing and Communications, Singapore to ensure consistent lead generation. To qualify and follow up on the leads and/or referrals resulting from field activities.

(ii) Plan strategies, jointly with Managing Director Singapore & Middle East and Head of Account Management & Partnerships, that support the achievement of assigned sales targets

· To identify business opportunities via prospect development and/or evaluating the changes within the market environment.

· To analyzedata of existing clients and determine the appropriate sales approaches to enable account extension and up-selling of additional services/solutions.

· To review and develop strategies with regards to the verticals and/or initiatives that has been assigned.

· To provide timely sales pipelines updates when required and with the ability to accurately project the estimated close won period of the identified opportunities.

b. Clients & Prospects Engagement

(i) Focus on client centricity

· To maintain and enhance client relationship by providing support, information, guidance and following up on required sales activities whenever is appropriate.

· To cultivate effective business relationships with identified economic buyers, influencers, technical buyers, and buyers to ensure buy-in of solutions.

· To ensure prompt response to clients and prospects queries, ensuring the correct expertise, knowledge and personnel are involved in the response.

(ii) Ability to develop opportunities

· To participate in relevant sales and/or marketing events as deemed required by Managing Director Singapore & Middle East.

· To identify and attend trade meetings, industry conventions and networking events hosted by business associations so as to network and obtain sales leads.

c. Sales Administration & Support

(i) Strong focus on administration

· To provide support to Client Services team to ensure client related documentation, invoicing and entries within relevant systems are being managed accordingly.

· To support Finance team to ensure working capital targets for the assigned clients are being well managed according to the assigned Finance targets.

· To ensure the accurate and timely updating of sales related details, information and sales calls/visits made within the existing systems (e.g. SalesForce.com).

· To adhere to the required sales processes, procedures, and protocols.

(ii) Collaborate with relevant teams

· To work with Commercial Services team to develop competitive pricing that will enable the winning of the opportunities that has been targeted.

· To work with other relevant teams whilst pursing opportunities with existing clients and/or prospects (e.g. Medical and Security team, Operations team, Assistance Centre team etc.).

· To liaise and work with Singapore team members as well as relevant Group and other countries functions on all sales related activities.

(iii) Pursue opportunities to improve

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending internal and/or external education workshops, trainings, briefing sessions and/or external events as arranged by the Managing Director Singapore & Middle East.

· Display keen interest in participating in the scheduled Sales & Marketing meetings.

About the Role:

• Conduct inspection to ensure tenants renovation works are done is in accordance with the endorsed fit out plan before business commencement. If there is any deviation, advise Tenants/Licensee on rectification and/or resubmission of plans.
• Conduct monthly checks to ensure Tenants/Licensee do not engage or carry out any authorized activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of Operations Manager (OM) is to be responsible for the strategic management of the school environment, including estate, facilities, resources (inventories/supplies) and processes, to achieve school's objectives as well as day-to-day operations. The OM also plays a key role in school safety and security, overseeing risk-management, health matters and emergency preparedness processes.

• Manage long-term vendors, eg Canteen operator, school-bus transport operator, school-uniform supplier
• Manage term contractors
• Assessment of term contractors and provide feedback to MINDS Procurement
• Provide support for canteen operations

Staff Management:

• Supervise and manage school operations supportive staff, eg General Workers and contract-cleaners
• Supervise and manage school para-staff, eg security officers
• Provide coaching, support and mentorship for General Workers
• Prepare and review reports
• Any other duties assigned by Reporting Officer

• Degree in any relevant discipline / Diploma in safety or operations management
• At least 3 years of relevant management /operations/safety / leadership experience will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal, organisation and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead and work well in teams.
• Good organisational and people management skills
• Exposure in community care sector is an added advantage

The Business Risk and Controls Manager is part of Global Wealth Control team focusing design and execution of control framework for MCA Testing for Investment and Insurance business for Wealth business. This position reports to the Wealth Client Segments Control Testing Head within the Citi COO
organization’s Central Controls Capabilities; and is a strategic- and execution-oriented leadership role accountable for end-to-end control testing for this position’s specified business/segment – i.e., operational controls performance assurance/testing – which includes design, results reporting, and insight sharing related to the above scope of controls testing. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for controls testing results and advice regarding the controls execution. Excellent management and communication skills required to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and contribute to governance and the facilitation of the execution of the Manager Control Assessment (MCA) as required by the MCA Standard including the assessment and appropriate approval of risk associated with business changes. Individual will be part of Centralized MCA Testing and Monitoring Utility team within Wealth organization and will be focused on performing monitoring and Testing for Investment
Solution MCA across Private Bank, Trading Desks and CG/CPC Investment Solution.
• Supports the Controls Testing Utility by acting on assessing control design, designing control testing tools, developing control testing procedures, ensure control testing
transitions, dispositioning exceptions, and developing insights.
• Carries key responsibility for Control Design Assessment (CDA) by resolving escalations, defining the work plan, and designing the quality review process.
• Play a key role in engaging with Investment Risk Assessment and Control design team and Investment Solution Business Execution team in assessing, designing control mapping in respective ARCMs within relevant AUs.
• Contribute to the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the implementation of the Control Framework, including Risk Control Policy, Control Standard, Issue Management Policy, Lesson Learned Policy and Control Inventory.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
• Partner with the team for the identification of issue root cause, partnering with control and process owners to recommendations holistic corrective actions and improvements, for issues identified as part of MCA Testing and Monitoring.
• Helps driving continuous improvements in accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and quality of MCA control design assessment and controls testing.
• Support with the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of the MCA through controls prior to the execution of a process.
• Influence decisions to ensure adherence to the MCA Standard through controls after the execution of a process (QA).
• Coordinate and contribute to Operational and Compliance Risk in accordance with established Policy requirements.
• Support Risk Appetite and monitor / assess exposures against this in accordance with
enterprise requirements (if applicable).

• 5-8 years of experience.
• Must have exposure to 2-3 years of Risk, Control, Audit, Testing roles
Outstanding leadership, communication, and influencing skills as this leader will work with Sr
leaders, and audit partners on a regular basis. Relevant experience in financial services,
with enhanced knowledge of the Branded Cards business preferred.
• Project management and governance experience with demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed critical milestones.
• Must have ability to foster working relationships with other leaders across multiple lines of business and with support organizations including auditors and regulators.
• Demonstrated judgement and critical thinking skills.
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
