• Perform repairs & general maintenance work on various systems and facilities, including (but not limited to) plumbing & sanitary, air-conditioning, electrical/lighting, painting, and carpentry.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate with external contractor(s) for maintenance and servicing, renovations and repairs
• Project management/coordination for new and existing clinics
• Accurate and timely completion of maintenance logs, schedules, etc
• Execute software installation and deployment to computing systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain of existing systems and IT equipment
• Providing Logistics support and coordination for clinics, ensuring that the clinics are adequately stocked

Requirements

• Preferably 1-3 years working experience in facilities management and/or IT support
• Class 3 driving licence preferred
• Computer literate and willingness to learn and or adapt to new technology
• Excellent organisation skills, able to meet deadline and detail oriented
• Able to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Preventive maintenance on all the equipment in plant as per instruction
• Inspect and do corrective action on the equipment.
• Updating of preventive maintenance records like checklist history card
• Recording Jobs on log book day to day activities
• To minimize break down and down time of the equipment by problem identification
• Overhaul and service fans, blowers, different types of pumps/motors and other equipment
• Installation of new equipment and inspection for reliable operation

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in Process Plant

This is a full time role for a Technician (Building and Facilities Maintenance) located in Ubi Road. Our clients are in the automotive industry. You will be responsible for maintaining facility systems, including electrical, air-conditioning, compressed air, and chilled-water systems, through routine checks and hands-on repairs. The individual will coordinate with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repairs to ensure the building remains operational. Additionally, they will supervise vendors during renovations to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure quality work. Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness in areas like the AHU and switch rooms, overseeing contractor schedules, and ensuring cost-effective repairs. Basic troubleshooting of telephone lines and other duties as assigned are also part of the job.
