• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering construction and maintenance projects
• Prepare the technical and commercial proposals for tenders and participate in the negotiations with the clients

Responsibilities

• Maintain retail shops and 2 offices in the best condition to maximize the customer experience by keeping high standards of maintenance, housekeeping, and security of equipment and facilities.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective action to ensure facility equipment , office and retail stores systems run smoothly and efficiently including trouble shooting for electrical fault, air conditioning fault, water pipe burst and other related facilities equipment with helping hands from contractors or external vendors
• Oversee overall daily safety activities, ensure risk assessment and control measure are implemented
• Sourcing and managing outsourced service providers to ensure all repair / maintenance work are done to our expectations.

Requirements

• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical discipline
