Job Description

• Coordinate, supervise and perform building facility maintenance and rectification, and laundry services
• Facilitate interface with suppliers and term contractors for regular and ad-hoc maintenance activities
• Conduct routine checks including air-conditioning system, electrical, fire protection, plumbing system, central audio-visual security system, CCTV systems, fire safety equipment, etc., and ensure they are operating correctly
