Personal Educational Qualification/Experience

· Minimum secondary school

• At least 1 years of operations experience in the supervisory position with proven track record of success within a Restaurant or Fast Food environment

• Assist the Project Manager in daily work execution.
• Coordinate site work with the operations team.
• Provide maintenance support for major fault-finding and investigation.
• Ensure that all building maintenance tasks are carried out and rectified within the stipulated time frame.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and provisions at the work
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in building maintenance services.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Nitec in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office and equivalent Google suite apps
• Technical competency in AV Systems/Aircon/Electrical/Electronic/Fire Protection/Plumbing will be highly preferred
• Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) Certified
