General Overview

Our Operations Team is responsible for the Transportation, Warehousing and Logistics Procurement part of SkyCell. We ensure that SkyCell containers always perform to their best by coordinating processes with the Service Centers and Positioning partners. We are monitoring each unit closely through our global network of Service Centers and partners that are carefully evaluated and trained in all relevant processes. Furthermore, we make sure that our units are available at any time, at any destination as per our customer’s needs. We manage actively our reverse logistics, taking into consideration costs, lead time and Service Center capabilities. We build up customs processes and optimize our growing network on regular base. Job scope

• Production machinery and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain and repair all different production equipment to generate the best desired output, overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
• Troubleshoot in accordance with the checklists, monitoring procedures , mini specification, and any engineering instructions in compliance with customers’ requirement and internal quality standards.
• Perform real-time equipment troubleshooting, repair, calibration and conduct periodic and non-periodic equipment preventive maintenance.
• Manage spare part inventory and maintain the production facility clean and safe.
• Ensure that materials are used and handled appropriately to avoid scraps.
• Perform daily 5S housekeeping and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance in conformance to operational standards to ensure smooth operation of production machines and equipment
• Respond to all machine and equipment faults promptly and assist engineer in troubleshooting/repairing work
• To update documents for machine maintenance
• Identify potential improvement initiatives and working on Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) and Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) to improve Equipment Uptime
• Developing hardware solutions to reduce Equipment Cost of Ownership
• Analyzing and addressing equipment issues using mechanical/electric skills and software applications

Requirement

• 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
• Nitec/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Electronics.
• Understanding and interpretation of circuit diagrams.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical Preventive/Corrective Maintenance.
• Manufacturing experience would advantage.
