Requirements

• Strong Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic knowledge

• Good computer skills

• Able to speak and write English for handling English speaking people

• Possess valid class 3C driving license ( drive Van )

• Possess customer service mind-set

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Automotive

• At least 2 years’ experience in the technical field such as MHE, cranes, marine equipment, industrial vehicles.

• Able to work on one’s own

• Willing to take on jobs outside normal working hours

Responsibilities

• Provided first/second level trouble shooting & resolve production stoppages due to equipment issues.
• Monitoring and control facilities equipment.
  Replenished production material where applicable in the respective workstation.
• Performed process control checks where applicable.
• Participated in preventive maintenance & calibration checks for production and measuring equipment as scheduled
• New production line setup and fit-out works.
  Utility setup and equipment move-in, move out document submission.
  In charge for facilities equipment and maintenance of compressor & exhaust system, HVAC, ACMV

Requirements

• Min Nitec in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 2 years experience in Manufacturing/Semicon Company
• Strong experience in HVAC/ACMV

Requirements

Responsibilities:

As a member of the Facilities Management team at Paragon, your job scope includes the following:

• Assist the Facilities Management team in managing the operations and building maintenance
• To monitor term and adhoc maintenance contracts and assist in renewals
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the standards of housekeeping, security and M&E services are met
• Manage and monitor service vendors
• Oversee and manage carpark operations, including preparing of reports, managing season parking, refund and complimentary parking coupon
• Provide administration support including processing purchase orders and invoices, maintaining department files
• Submit insurance claims
• Assist in drafting of circulars to tenants and preparation of management reports

Requirements

• Min Diploma in relevant field
• 2 years experience, preferably in commercial facility management
• Team player with good communication and organization skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Perform multiple tasks effectively
• Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
