Position Summary:

The responsibility of the Risk Management Engineer is to assist AsiaNext’s risk department in the design, implementation and operation of an analytical risk management and control framework tailored to AsiaNext’s business model, reflective of best practices in the industry, and aligned with the risk management policies of SIX and SBI.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following and may vary during your employment based on the needs of the business, as determined by the CEO, the Chief Risk Officer and the Head of Credit Risk Management:-

• Design, develop, document, prototype, test and assist in rolling out risk management tools, measures, controls and monitors for a risk universe that includes market, credit and operational risks.

• Design and implement the analytical architecture for risk management at AsiaNext to accommodate these tools in a durable, scalable and maintainable environment.

• Design and execute user acceptance test cases to validate the risk model and implementation. In addition, carryout regression test cases and check results are within expectations.

• Create written material on AsiaNext’s risk management tools in a style appropriate for AsiaNext’s staff, its clients, regulators and auditors or for external publication.

• Ensure all risk reporting is completed in an accurate and timely fashion.

• Participate in AsiaNext’s platform build to ensure our risk posturing is balanced and appropriate for each phase of our product rollout (crypto derivative, crypto spot and securities tokens). 2 Confidential – AsiaNext

• Partner with the management and commercial team to present AsiaNext to external stakeholders to enhance our brand reputation.

• Advise and educate internal stakeholders on internal risk management policies and procedures.

• Specific areas of focus for quantitative risk management include:

o VAR modelling and stress-testing for different products, including options on futures.

o o Real-time risk modelling, scenario analysis, risk aggregation

o Counterparty and liquidity risk for exchange members posting risky or illiquid collateral.

o Default fund calibration. o Real-time, online counterparty credit analysis.

o Model quality assurance and review via back-testing, model calibration etc.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or undergraduate degree with good honours in Finance or related area Skills

• Financial/risk management calculations

• Design, documentation and modification of risk management or financial models

• Transformation of risk management or financial models into Python prototypes

• Visualisation and presentation of financial data or model output in order to communicate results to experts and to non-experts in line with their individual capabilities

• Interfacing between Python and traditional relational databases or modern time-series databases in order to produce value-added analytics

• Writing in English for internal documentation, internal presentations and external publication

• Working with diverse character-types in a fluid environment

• Given the above, fluency in Python programming and SQL is a necessary skill

You will assist the Medical Social Worker in assessing, evaluating, planning, coordinating resources and services for the continuity of care for the residents & collaborate with multidisciplinary health service professionals to develop care programs for timely treatment or recovery.

-Monitoring of Bed Occupancy Rate and meeting admission KPIs on a monthly basis

-Keeping track and managing the residents' data and information

-Ensuring proper filing of residents' data and information

-Applying financial schemes and monitoring the payouts for residents on a monthly basis

-Monitoring and ensuring that residents' Household Means-Test is renewed before expiration

-Preparing Medifund reports and documents to present to Medifund Committee

-Answering and addressing queries and concerns from residents and their next-of-kin

-Any other case management work as assigned

Requirement

-Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Social Work or other related disciplines

- Minimum 0- 1 year experience in community healthcare settings in Singapore

[What the role is]

You will be part of a team that is responsible for upholding proper procurement governance in NEA. You will facilitate procurement activities by departments while ensuring that government and NEA procurement policies and guidelines are applied accordingly and standards of integrity and transparency are upheld throughout the procurement value-chain.

[What you will be working on]

You will support the procurement functions in NEA by carrying out the following activities:

• Pro-actively engage users to identify aggregations or other procurement levers
• Develop category strategies through spend analysis and drive strategic sourcing with users to address their procurement needs
• Provide procurement advices to users on all stages of procurement cycle
• Review tender/quotation documents to ensure that they are drafted in compliance to Instruction Manual (IM) (Procurement), NEA’s procurement policy and guidelines and optimise the spending for NEA
• Review tender/quotation evaluations to ensure value for money, fairness and transparency and compliance with IM (Procurement) and NEA procurement policy and guidelines
• Review post-award contract documents to ensure proper contract management and governance
• Improve outreach and facilitate dialogue among procurement community and users in NEA
• Improve the procurement processes, systems and governance framework in NEA to optimise the procurement expenditure and operational efficiency

[What we are looking for]

Job Requirements:

• At least 6 - 8 years of experience in government procurement. Experience in construction procurement and revenue contracting will be an added advantage.
• Good applied knowledge of IM (Procurement), IM (Revenue), Gebiz and Gebiz Management Console (GMC)
• Possess an inquisitive mind on how to derive more value from each purchase
• Good analytical, interpersonal, writing and presentation skills
• Performance driven, result oriented with an attention to details and accuracy
• Have a passion for procurement work and able to adapt to changes and work well under tight deadlines
• Able to work well as team player and as an individual
• Proficiency in IT skills (eg. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
