• New product planning:

- Analyse industrial trends, market data and customer insights to derive constructive ideas and information for the purpose of NPD.

- Define product competitive positioning and unique selling proposition (USP).

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Deputy Director, Talent Management & Capability Development, the hire will be one of the team leads within Synapxe Academy, supervising a total of 3 assistant managers and/or executives in managing the learning operations, digitalization and productivity efforts as well as delivery experience. Financial Management

· Maintain, monitor and report budgets for all vessels under charge. Work closely with Technical staff, purchasing and finance controllers to ensure budget is within the agreed variables/targets *(current target 3% variance)

· Support reporting manager to plan “Operating Budget” for all vessels under charge.

· Responsible for planning and execution of all dry-docking activities within the allotted budget limits
