Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow and a strong track record in designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including module customization, development, and integration capabilities.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow modules, along with a strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow APIs for developing custom solutions and workflows.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, and third-party tools) and data management.
• Ability to design robust, scalable, and secure ServiceNow solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.

About the Role

The right talent will assist and support Fleet Digitalization Senior Manager (SM) in business development and management of maintenance and upgrading services for shipboard IT, navigation and communication systems, and shipboard digitalization projects.

This role will support SM in business development, operation, and service management as follows:

· Handling client inquiries from quotation, operation to closing.

· Coordinate with vendor/client to ensure smooth completion of projects.

Job Experience / Skills

· Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience with ship owner or ship manager, or the shipyards, or with makers, vendors or repair and service companies.

· Experience in relevant equipment repair, upgrading/retrofitting for shipboard IT, Navigation and Communication systems is vital.

· Experience and knowledge in digitalization and AI application is advantageous.

Other Qualifications / Soft Skills

Role Summary

Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Manage macro fixed income portfolios with an active approach

· Track record of translating Fixed Income macro views into positive alpha across DM and EM principally in Rates and FX markets

· Formulate and construct directional and relative value investment strategies in Rates and FX

· Develop the firm’s global macro and broaden global fixed income capabilities

· Work closely with other fixed income team members and collaborate with the broader Investment Group to assess investment opportunities in the macro portfolios

· Support business development efforts, which may include marketing pitches to prospects and clients

Education Qualification
