About Your Role

The Firm is seeking a senior professional with at least 15 years of prior work experience for our Singapore office to lead the portfolio management function for our investee companies in Indonesia. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Salon Operations
• Assist in training beauticians
• Assist in rostering and incentive payroll
• To maintain positive relationships with relevant stakeholders
• To maintain stock levels and ensure sufficient stock on hand

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in relevant fields

• Possess professional skills in hairstyling
• Possess hairstyling certifications backed by accredited schools
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge and digital literacy skills
• Possess leadership skills, organizational skills and time-management

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers, understand their needs and attend to their queries

• Maintain electrical and mechanical plant & equipment of the hotel
• Assist in assigned renovations or expansion works within the Hotel
