Job Purpose

• Support Project Manager in project management for industrial park and industrial asset developments in the South-east Asian Region to ensure works are completed within budget, on schedule and of good quality

Group Treasury Executive (Debt Management - open to candidates from banking)

Reports into the Treasury Manager

OVERALL SUMMARY

The role is within the Treasury (Debt Management) team, and the individual will be working closely with other functions in the Treasury team. Responsibilities includes administering and maintaining the loan and swap book, as well as assisting in debt/ treasury related activities.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Administer loan and swap book (for new and existing facilities)
• Liaising with banks/agents for rate fixing, arranging for timely debt servicing (including swaps, FFAs), arranging for loan disbursements etc.
• Checking/verifying all payments and disbursements (including bank charges, interest/swap/fee calculation) in relation to the loan and swap book
• Preparation of treasury management reports/forecasts to internal departments (including Cash Management and Accounts) on all debt related activities
• To assist in fund raising activities, preparation of bank presentations, as well as information requested by existing/potential banks
• To assist in maintaining/developing existing/new banking relationships
• To assist in optimizing funding structure, e.g. hedging structures/policies relating to interest rates, currencies, interest periods and so on
• Updating and maintenance of databases for debt and treasury related activities
• Ad hoc support for other treasury related activities as required and directed

Qualification/Experience

• At least 3 years in similar treasury function of corporation handling significant loan book or in a bank engaged in credit administration and/or corporate lending activities
• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or equivalent
• Flair for numbers and meticulous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills – spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiar with banking terms and financing structures
• Good IT knowledge eg. Microsoft Word, Excel
• Knowledge of treasury system Kyriba is a plus

Main Roles and Responsibilities

The role involves managing and delivering Foundation, Diploma and Degree modules as assigned. You will deliver approximately 20-24 contact hours of teaching per week, demonstrating a high level of pedagogical competence. You will prepare and develop academic documents such as module guides & teaching resources.

A key part of the role includes contributing to curriculum development, conducting program reviews, and designing learning materials to ensure academic excellence. You will supervise and assess student projects, while also contribute to interdisciplinary collaborations and research.

In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring student progress and providing career guidance, while offering pastoral care and empathetic support to ensure students' overall well-being. Requirements & Qualifications

• You should possess a Master’s degree in Arts Management, Technical Production or related areas, with a minimum of ten years of teaching and relevant industry experience.
• A proven track record in research, knowledge exchange, or professional practice that advances the field of Arts Management or Technical Production and aligns with the objectives of the School and Academy is essential.
• To excel in this role, you must also employ effective pedagogical methodologies, utilizing innovative and reflective approaches to inspire learning.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Professional certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager) or advanced quantitative finance training (e.g., MFE) are highly desirable.

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management roles involving risk methodologies, data analytics, production, and data management in a financial institution setting.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial instruments across asset classes (equities, fixed income, commodities, derivatives) with additional exposure to private market assets (e.g., private equity, real estate) being beneficial.
