We are looking for a Test Management Lead for our SG IT team who will be responsible for ensuring the IT QA and test goals of assigned projects can be achieved on time.

The Test Management lead will be supporting our client on testing such as Integration Testing, System Testing, Functional Testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, UAT testing, database testing and others.

Job description as per following:

• Work with Product team, Business consultants and development team to define acceptance criteria and the definition of done in relation to IT QA and test management

• Writing and executing manual test cases and checks and reporting back to the team

• Writing and executing automated test cases and checks and reporting back to the team as applicable

• Measuring and reporting test coverage across all the applicable coverage dimensions

• Ensuring proper use of the testing standards and tools, propose new solutions

• Reporting defects and working with the team to resolve them

• Working experience with Agile testing tools

• Working and managing 3rd party QA teams

Other requirement:

• QA/tester with ERP or legacy systems. 8 to 10 year experience, and have worked with few end to end QA cycles.

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably IT- based

• Business oriented, able to understand company’s business, or experienced with retail Supply Chain or Logistic.

• Experienced writing test cases for Manual testing

• Communication skills, able to communicate easily with the product team, testing team and development team

• Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Visio and Project) and other BPM Software skills

Key Responsbilities :

• Support and conduct LAAS’ training such as Records Management Training, Advanced Declassification Training, Digitisation Training, Records Management Appraisal Masterclass, and any other training as required
• Co-develop training materials in the areas of archives, and thereafter maintain and make continuous improvements to those training courseware and materials
• Provide support for LAAS’ consultancy projects, especially in the areas of archives and file plan development
• Document process and procedures related to archives and file-plan related areas of work.
• Client management for LAAS’ relationships with existing and potential clients

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Candidate should possess minimally a Degree
• Experience with Records Management or Knowledge Management, in particular government agencies would be advantageous
• At least 2-4 years of experience working in a role that supports training and/or management of projects, relevant training will be provided by LAAS
• Is meticulous, open to learning, client-oriented, and proactive
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision after relevant training has been provided
• Keen to develop knowledge of digital content management systems, metadata standards, and database management.
• Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.

Key Result Areas

Product Management

• Engage and influence stakeholders to analyse and document organisational and users’ needs, and write user stories and product feature requirements for enterprise applications (e.g. HR Management System, Finance and Accounting System, Client progress outcomes tracking system).
• Plan and prioritise product features backlog for development, testing and deployment
• Support the sourcing of, contracting with and managing relationships with software development and IT vendors to meet the requirements of the project
• Project manage the development of the software application, including leading the user acceptance testing and technical discussions with vendors to resolution.
• Work cross-functionally to solve problems and to lead in implementing changes (technical, functional and operational) with stakeholders.

Application Development

• Code Google Workspace apps to automate tasks with Google Apps Script so as to enable effective management of Google Drive files and extraction of data from Google Sheets for reports
• Document and maintain the codes

Product Management Operations

• Manage Product Management plans and activities in each phase of the project including risk mitigation, quarterly budget planning and reporting and vendor procurement activities
• Continuously improve product management operations processes in order to adapt to evolving organisation goals, project objectives and strategic shifts

Job Holder Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma holder in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field, or equivalent work experience
• Using Google Apps Script to enhance Google Workspace apps
• At least 3 years working experience in product development in enterprise or consumer applications or 3 years in a social service agency implementing change management initiatives
• Experience in coding with JavaScript will be a plus
• Track record of volunteering or serving the community including with public or non-profit organisations will be a plus
