• Ensure that residents comply with the Centre’s Rules and Regulations.
• Setting up of Individual Care Plan for all residents
• Responsible for the Clinical Intervention components in the Centre (include counselling and caring services).

Project Master Data Creation & Maintenance

• Ensure the timely creation and maintenance of SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g., WBS, fund, cost center) in line with stakeholders' requests and established SOPs.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of supporting documents submitted by stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address discrepancies in master data or documentation.
• Manage the timely closing and re-opening of project codes to support operational needs.
• Conduct checks on master data, highlighting and addressing exceptions for resolution.
• Organize and maintain comprehensive documentation for projects and grants, including Letters of Award and variation approvals.

Management Reporting

• Generate monthly management reports for research entities and supporting units.
• Provide ad hoc financial reports and analyses as requested by management.
• Support additional tasks and projects on an ad hoc basis as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in audit or FP&A is advantageous
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with public sector grants and claims processing is an advantage.

• Manage and ensure smooth operation of the Drink stall within the food court or coffeeshop.

• Ensure stalls comply with all necessary hygiene, health and safety, and licensing requirements.
