Job Description
This manager will be part of company management team and a key contributor to drive and grow Motherswork.com.sg online sales and our marketplaces platforms in Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Redmart etc. This is a people manager role and will manage a team of digital sales executives.
Responsibilities
· Develop strategy plans and marketing campaigns to drive online revenue and growth. Put together effective online Facebook campaigns, Google Ads campaigns and other media buy campaigns
· Work with product and digital team members to increase traffic and conversion of our e-platforms.
· Continuously engage various regional e-commerce partners by initiating and facilitating marketing campaigns and programmes. Manage digital marketing spend.
· Perform Sales analysis, insight gathering & sales forecasting.
· Reinforce online customer service experience by overseeing the design, content management, navigation, performance marketing and functionality of the e-platform websites.
· Online Operation Setting for Website & Marketplace, promotion setting and sales execution.
· Work with buyers to plan inventory requirement to meet sales target.
· Develop online team capabilities.
Requirements
· Degree/Diploma in Business/ Marketing/Digital technologies
· At least 3 years working experience in managing brand websites and online market places. Proven record of managing platforms a must
· Extensive experience as an e-commerce manager with people management skills.
· Strong team player who can wear many hats and always be part of the solution.
· Expertise in all aspects of the sales process – from intensive digital prospecting, accurate forecasting, inventory management.
· Well versed in the latest news and trends in the world of e-Commerce
· Strong organizational, planning and problem solving skills
· 5-day work week.
