RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to the Event Director in driving the launch and ongoing success of our brand-new B2C events.
• Generating new business leads through market research, cold calling, building customer relationships, and participation in consumer-related events.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Membership and Partnership Manager to join our team. The Membership and Partnership Manager will be a key player in building and nurturing strategic partnerships, driving membership growth with the ability to identify partnership opportunities and negotiate win-win agreements that supports mutual success and collaboration.

The manager is responsible for the timely development and implementation of quality, effective and relevant membership recruitment/conversion, engagement and retention programmes for improved member benefit offerings and increased overall member satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Membership Growth: Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new members, both corporate and institutional, while retaining existing ones.
