• Preferably B.E & MBA / PGDM, specialization in Marketing
• At least 5 years of experience
• Proven performance in managing successful brand awareness and lead generation campaigns
• Proven performance developing value propositions and promotional messaging for new offers
• Demonstrated experience working with and influencing a wide range of corporate stakeholders, including all levels of a sales organization
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to travel as the business requires (approximately 25% of the time)
• Ability to use market research effectively to understand customer, markets, channels
• Able to anticipate changes in the market and adjusts strategies accordingly
• Experience with internal training and change management a plus
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)

• Conduct system performance tests, evaluations, and customer qualifications.
• Installation and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment, particularly AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems.
• Document enhancements in vision manufacturing processes for future reference.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and quality control, with familiarity in semiconductor optical inspection equipment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting electronics and PC hardware systems, with experience in any programming language (C++, C#, or Python).
