Position Overview:

The Digital Media Marketing Manager will oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to achieve our brand's objectives. This role focuses on creating, managing, and analyzing content across social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO, and other digital channels to increase brand visibility and enhance customer engagement. The Digital Media Marketing Manager will work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive digital media strategy aligned with the company’s goals.

   Monitor budget spend and adjust campaigns to achieve the best ROI.
   Conduct A/B testing and apply findings to improve ad performance.
   
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content Marketing:Optimize web content to improve organic search rankings and enhance user experience.
   Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions.
   Track and analyze site traffic, conversions, and bounce rates to inform content strategy.
   
5. Analytics & Reporting:Utilize digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, HubSpot) to track and report on campaign performance.
   Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing efforts.
   Create regular reports for leadership on key metrics, ROI, and conversion rates.
   
6. Collaborations & Partnerships:Identify and develop partnerships with influencers, media partners, and digital content creators to expand brand reach.
   Coordinate joint marketing efforts with other departments, such as sales and product development.
   
7. Market Research & Trend Analysis:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques.
   Conduct regular market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and digital usage.
   
8. Team Leadership & Development:Oversee and mentor junior digital marketing team members.
   Provide training and guidance to ensure team members are aligned with the latest digital marketing practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEO software).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO, and content marketing.

Job summary

Perform the Manufacturing Engineering activity in Engine Overhaul/Component Repair production areas. • Lead the annual budget exercise process, including forecasts, seasonality analysis, and regular budget tracking against expenditures.
• Manage/coordinate the monthly closing of the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets sub-ledgers.
• Perform monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reviews and analyse financial performance. Assist in the preparation of forecast, budget exercise and business plans.
• Supervise team members in areas such as billing, collections, resource assets management, purchasing, payments, and cash management.
• Ensure timely submission of returns and compliance with local tax regulations, including corporate tax, GST, and withholding tax filings. Liaise with tax agents, compile information for tax filing, and respond to tax-related queries raised by tax authorities or tax agents.
• Monitor and forecast cash flow, overseeing loan payments, covenants, and banking facilities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, providing necessary financial documentation and ensuring the audit process is completed smoothly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to establish, maintain and improve processes affecting financial and management reporting.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or recognized Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in financial accounting and team management. Good knowledge of taxation and audit.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, operate independently with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English to communicate with stakeholders and possess good interpersonal skills. Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to collaborate across all levels.

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for product, process and equipment development and ensuring that existing processes and equipment meet quality requirements and operational objectives at GE Aviation, Engine Services - Singapore. This role requires deep level of relevant experience and expertise within the same manufacturing/production field

Essential Responsibilities:

• Own all technical issues relating to the product/process, eg. product and process yield rates, etc.
• Perform process trials, analyse data and produce write-ups on the trials.
• Prepare technical specifications for the purchase and upgrading of relevant equipment.
• Implement New Product Introduction (NPI)s, new coating and welding processes into production.
• Generate Work Instructions and Operating Procedures.
• Ensure that all relevant processes comply with quality requirements, conduct investigations and implement corrective actions as required.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve equipment utilization and labour efficiency and reduce operating costs through Lean initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Lead resolution of technical and operational challenges or concerns raised, and ensure follow through till approval is obtained and repair is handed over to shop operations.
• Work closely with the Repair Development and Delivery team in Singapore, USA & other global sites, during the NPI repair development phase & industrialization.
• Manage multiple NPI projects by providing scheduling, resource management, budget control and EHS compliance.
• Lead and effectively interface with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and other support teams during NPI repair industrialization in the Shop, and ensure that it meets Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity objectives, within schedule and budget.
• Interface with vendors and internal functions in an effective manner to ensure that the action items to be carried out for the NPI are executed on time and on budget.
• Assure that all engineering designs and technical data are completed and accurately documented to provide an accurate technical/historical base for future reference and to meet customer / end user requirements.
