RESPONSIBILITIES

• Modulate and monitor audio for news and documentary production.
• Mix and balance for different situations and environment during recording and live events.

Overall Job Purpose

• Responsible for directing the Offshore activities related to Asset Integrity .
• The Offshore Integrity Inspector shall be the offshore MODEC representative for all inspection and anomaly liquidation activities. .
• Manage the offshore planning, coordination, execution, and supervision of asset integrity inspections.
• Provide oversight on the execution of safety critical inspections executed on the Facility. Lead and co-ordinate high quality integrity management activities for the Facility.
• Provide integrity repair recommendations, remaining life data and anomaly liquidation prioritization based on risk using COABIS and AIMS.
• Assure that the integrity management system and required SAP work orders for the Facility is enacted offshore by the required due date to meet RBI plan and KPI.
• Ensure compliance with Class, Statutory, International and Local Regulatory requirements regard to the integrity of the process, marine and structural systems of the FPSO.
• Develop wherever required risk-based inspection techniques and philosophy, asset management fundamentals and operational lessons learned.
• Liaises with all departments and stakeholders to ensure the Inspection and Integrity Management Framework and CMMS System are supported, consistent with the MOSEN business objectives.
• Provide support and guidance to the offshore inspection and fabric maintenance personnel when required, and support for onshore personnel during offshore visits as required.

Required:

• 10+ years’ experience in oil and gas industry, with 5+ years minimum FPSO experience.
• Experience with Offshore & FPSO is mandatory.
• Expert knowledge and understanding of the applicable legislative, international inspection standards for offshore Oil & Gas Facilities.

THE ROLE

As our Video Production Intern, it is ideal that you are a bright, curious creative and approachable person. You are someone who understands the brief strategically, is able to propose relevant solutions/touchpoints, before creating videos for social media, websites and ads. You will also be working closely with the creative team to support in content creation on video production.

You will be tasked to assist and report to our in-house videographer - and will take an active role in all disciplines fromvisual storytelling such as directing, conceptual storyboarding from pre to post production.

Role Purpose

• This role to be perform assigned basic site Quantity Surveying activities with administrative of Site Instruction(SI) and Timesheet Management Systems(TMS) application who will the super administrator to managing the SI/TMS applications.

Under direction of Section Lead as a lead assigned engineer (LAE), to develop, manage, and coordinate engineering proposal activities and deliverables preparation including engineering manhour estimation, engineering schedule, and material take-off along with the engineering disciplines.

To engage and manage all necessary interface issues with other departments including fabrication, installation, commissioning, and proposal team as a representative of engineering department.

Responsibilities

• To develop winning strategy and tactics jointly with Proposal Manager, to lead and manage engineering proposal activities, and to prepare deliverables in cooperation with Engineering Section Leads
• To deal with regulatory issues affecting engineering proposal works including engineering quality, cost and/or risk and to ensure that engineering deliverables always comply with regulatory requirements and MODEC’s policies
• To check and clarify allocation of the necessary resources on proposal work in coordination with Section Leads and to ensure that resources assignment to the project is well planned.
• To coordinate with Engineering Section Leads to confirm readiness of engineering tools and software, enabling engineers to meet the expectations of the Project.
• For improvement of the productivity and competitiveness, to lead the review and improvement of work systems and processes by introduction of new technology/methods, raising professional standards, and acquiring better equipment.
• To review, update, and enhance engineering proposal practices, ensuring that appropriate follow-up actions are taken
• To prepare and finalize the Engineering Execution Budget under direction of Director of Engineering Department, Proposal Section Lead.
• To develop engineering database relating with proposal and/or engineering execution
• To document lessons learnt from previous proposal and/or projects and to implement in the work

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor or Master of Engineering
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in Oil and Gas or FPSO sector
• Preferred engineering manager and/or project manager experience.

• Edit and encode media content to meet required specifications, guidelines and delivery formats
• Process and synchronize subtitles for video contents
• Complete other related tasks as assigned by the management

Key Accountabilities

• To have good understanding on the industrial standard cost engineering terminology in order to establish Estimate Methodology Procedure for the proposal
• Lead coordination and interface with technical/ commercial professionals, vendors, subcontractors and client to EPCI CAPEX costing within the time frame
• Develop CAPEX cost estimate and evaluate its estimate reasonably and logically

• Collect, assort various cost data along with technical information for benchmarking and analyze tendency, correlation, or algorithm in order to develop applicable estimate methodologies
• Define and identify risks in terms of opportunities and threats.

Qualifications
