Job Description

• Interface with Design Engineering team for the release of new products (NPI) into Manufacturing
• Involve in product development and evaluate the design for manufacturability and reliability by participating in design reviews and the assembly of the prototype units.
• Drive continuous improvement to minimize Cycle time/Quality issues.
• Perform First Article qualifications for parts and obsolescence components.
• Generate and Maintain process and equipment work instructions, drawings, and other production document to conform to specifications.
• Work with suppliers to resolve component/yield/part problems in a timely manner and assist purchasing teams in driving supplier quality improvements and cost reductions efforts.
• Provide strong technical support to production team to resolve issues and ensure on time shipment.
• Perform detailed Failure analysis on Infant Mortality parts and come up with proposal and concepts to enhance performance.
• Apply 8D troubleshooting, including driving learning and standardization to improve spare part quality.
• Create ECO (Engineering Change Orders), Structuring BOMs and creating test and assembly documentation as needed.
• Provide fly and fix support on field escalations for analysis/resolution on any issue requiring in-depth knowledge on the product.

Job Requirements

• Master’s/bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/Mechatronics Engineering with 2 or more years of experience in high-mix-low-volume manufacturing
• Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals, including design principles, machine elements, materials, and fabrication methods.
• Proficient with CAD, ProE/Creo/Solidworks.
• Good Understanding of the Pneumatics, Computers, controls systems and sensors involved in Electromechanical stage/Robot.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to support technical issues, set-up experiments, and perform data analysis.
• Ability to read and understand Mechanical drawings and use a variety of precision testing and measuring instruments as needed.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment industry /manufacturing is preferred.

Job Description

• Accountable for all technical and quality issues which are related to assigned electron optics subassemblies.
• To handle daily production escalation. Provide strong technical support to production team to resolve issues and ensure system meeting shipment schedule as planned.
• Dispose non-conformance products and closely work out with supplier on the quality and process continuous improvement.
• Response to failure analysis and provide comprehensive analysis report to field support team or customers. Provide and implement the corrective action to fix the problem in systematic way.
• Work with material team on the product cost reduction, EOL component replacement, relocation of manufacturing site, and any engineering support needed from them.
• Writing ECO on any product change and ensure ECO implemented properly.
• Answerable to supplier quality and OOBQ yield. Audit supplier’s process and quality control if necessary.

Job Requirements

• PhD/Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in electron Optics/Mechanical engineering / System Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge in high-vacuum systems and experience in high voltage electronics

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up camera, tripod, lights and grip equipment in the process of filming.
• Assist the Cameraman, Sound Recordist, Lightingman/Gaffer with menial details such as loading/unloading the equipment and setting up of equipment for filming.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand the requirement from the Producer and assist to generate visual concepts, layout plans, construction drawings, elevations, details and perspectives.
• Design using AutoCAD and 3D modelling software, eg. Cinema 4D or 3D Studio Max etc. to deliver aesthetically pleasing design with advice from seniors.
