• Order Management: Process sales orders and coordinate with production teams.
• Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Documentation: Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules.
• CRM Management: Update and maintain sales data in the CRM system.
• Sales Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Reporting: Generate sales performance and forecast reports.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist the sales team with administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities:

• To verify that all material specifications are correct.
• To perform basic quality check regularly to ensure no defects in finished product and to adjust the machine if needed.
• To be able to troubleshoot and rectify basic machines faults and maintain machines in good machine efficiency, good housekeeping and safety
• Collect and record process data on specified data sheet
• Carry Out Loading, Unloading and Raw Material Charging Activities
• Prepare equipment for maintenance and perform unit start-up, shutdown and plant turnaround activities

Requirements:

• NTC / NITEC and/or above in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 2 years of working experience in Process Manufacturing / Chemical or related environment
• Candidate without experience are welcome to apply – Training will be provided

Information

1. Salary range: $2500 - $3500
2. Working hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm, Saturday - 9am to 1pm (No overtime)

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train and coach team member
• Manage daily production purchase, inventory, stock, and work schedule
• Participate the end to end process of finishing product
• Housekeeping and troubleshoot of production machines
• Manage process of the manufacturing from purchase, withdraw, issue till handover to warehouse
• Create, maintain and update the SAP system
• Update, record and documenting the ISO documentation
• Manage internal and external audit process and documentation
• Cooperate with departments to ensure the production is running as per schedule

Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical/ Chemistry
• At least 3 years in manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication to provide training and coaching to team member
• Computer literate
