Job Description:
To provide industrial engineering support to shop production, internal & external customers in manufacturing process development, tools & fixture design and implementation, machines programming, procedure development as per engineering BOM requirement and business need.
To provide the CAM software application support to CNC programming, including CAM software postprocessor improvement and creating new

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create manufacturing process (routing) and procedure (work instruction) per engineering BOM, quality plan and manufacturing process requirement.
- Design tooling and fixture as manufacturing process and operations’ needs.
- Design CNC machines programming and PLC recipe as process requirement and productions schedule.
- Analyze and continuously improve manufacturing process to achieve best production safety, quality, and cost performance.
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technology for shop operations objectives, manufacturing capability and capacity improvement.
- Develop and provide training for shop technicians for new products, process, tooling and others’ needs.
- Perform other technical support or projects as required
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering.
- Good technical knowledge
- Positive working attitude and team player
- Good computer and CAM software knowledge
- Familiar with CAD / CAM 2D drawing and 3D modeling.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge will be an advantage
