Role: PMO cum Business Analyst for SWIFT ISO20022
Type: Permanent Role
Location: Singapore
Language requirement: Due to project need, candidate must be able to communicate in Japanese with Japanese speaking stakeholders.
PMO
Responsibility includes planning, executing, and monitoring the project, and working with internal and Head Office stakeholders
Creating reporting and presentations to support updates and progress
Lead and facilitate discussions and meetings effectively
uild and enhance professional relationships with all stakeholders, including vendors
BA - Process Design:
Perform AsIs business analysis on the banks operation regarding SWIFT ISO20022 project
Identify issues and areas for possible improvements
Propose the ToBe operation
Engagement with operation users, capture operation requirements accurately, comprehensively and without ambiguity, facilitate traceability and in harmony with existing system functionality
Propose alternate solutions to meet or improve the desired objectives based on best practices and industry solutions
Play a consultant role to operation to think out of the box to find new solutions to old problems
Support operations in providing cost effective/practical solutions that meet their digital strategies
Liaise with business and IT stakeholders, and end users to clarify requirements, prepare detailed user stories / functional specification document for software product development.
Construct business requirement document from business stakeholders that will be understood by business and technology teams
Project reporting:
Track all project deliverables, identify dependencies, risks and issues and escalate to the project manager.
Provide regular updates to the project manager and managements
Qualification
Proven record of PMO/business analysis experience in system implementation projects in Banking domain
Knowledge of ISO20022 payment standard and SWIFT messages
Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience within a related banking processing operation support/business analyst function
Experience with application development/systems implementation and improvement
Strong numerical, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent client-facing, strong & effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills
