We are seeking an Senior HR Generalist who will work closely with various departments in driving HR operational excellence for the company.

• Handling Staff Payroll
• Responsible for administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets.
• supporting an employee's onboarding and offboarding cycle.
• Advice employees on personnel issue, including compensations and benefits policy.
• Prepare letters for emplyees as and when, e.g.: confirmation letter, acceptance of resignation,
• Support on the HR policy and procedure establishment and improvement.
• Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated, and resolved.
• Ensure all HR practices; records, etc. are in full compliance with statutory requirements.
• Post Job vancancies at different job portals, shortlisting and arrange interview for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Build rapport with other outlets admin/operations team.
• Responsible for completion and submitting of surveys from government statuary board.
• Support recruitment in doing online job posting, shortlisting potential candidates, arrange job interview for candidates and hiring managers.
• Participate in other HR projects, programs or activities, as assigned.

• Candidate must possess basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

Job Requirements

Roles:

The Human Resource (HR) cum Admin Executive will be involved in the full HR spectrum and is expected to manage the day-to-day operations of the HR office.

Responsibilities:

• Able to adapt to the various functions within the HR department
• Updating of staff information in the database and Personnel File Maintenance and ensuring confidentiality at all times
• Conduct newcomer’s orientation process and briefing of employment for contract terms and conditions
• Assist in all Recruitment Acctivities & Work Pass Applications such as Work Permit/SPass/EPass application and pass renewal
• Maintain employees’ leave record and medical claims
• Maintain, upkeep company & departmental documentation of operational policy, rules and regulation
• Maintain, upkeep and participate in ISO, BizSafe and other required certifications in Construction Sector
• Communicate with the accommodation for foreign employees
• Assist in administration duties when required and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in HRM or its equivalent education certificate
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field
• Good understanding of human resources functions
• Able to exercise mature discretion on confidential issues
• Possess excellent Verbal and Communication Skills with good interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and practices

Job Description

• Manage key application development projects under the direct customer engagement and Loyalty marketing portfolio.
• Review and analyse business requirements to provide solutions for new applications and system enhancements.
• Drive key IT capability to transform business.
• Improve reach and effectiveness of loyalty marketing activities using digital technology.
• Work with technology, business units and relevant functional managers to ensure that solutions delivered are aligned to the digital enterprise Architecture and IT Application roadmap.
• Liaise with vendors for implementation of enhancements and track prompt resolution of system issues.
• Anticipate any potential issues that might impact the project.
• Track and report project status.
• Track and identify feasible airline applications, key technology trends and technologies for awareness, and potential adoption by the business.
• Support re-designing of application architecture, based on micro service architecture.

Requirements

• Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• Must be a Certified Scrum Master.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the following area, being familiar with various software development practices (Eg: Agile software development methodologies). - REST API with security development life cycles skills - JAVA (framework: Spring boot), Nodejs, React, JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, Kubernetes, dockers etc. - Database technical knowledge in the areas of general SQL (Oracle DB) - User Interface design
• Experience in noSQL databases, eg Cassandra
• Experience in OpenShift framework
• Experience in cloud computing platform – AWS, MS Azure
