• Off-boarding and exit formalities based on company policies
• Monthly payroll preparation using HR software
• Maintain employee leave record
• Arrange staffs training and update training records
• Administration of staff confirmation, contract renewal, staff welfare, performance appraisal, increment and promotion
• Other duties to be assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma, with 5–6 year’s related working experience
• Experience in Infotech Payroll Software will be an added advantage
• Experience in construction industry will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Ms Office and relevant applications
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of staffs
• Responsible, thorough, and quick to pick things up

Job Descriptions:

• Has of Companies (Account payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)
• Data entry and invoice processing including credit control and collections
• Handle banks reconciliation and other bank-related matters
• Follow on payment status and prepare statements of accounts to vendors & customers
• Handle and disbursement of petty cash claims
• Preparation for quarterly GST submissionndle accounts for LexBuild Group
• Liaise with external parties (auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary) on all related matters
• Assist in monthly and quarterly financial and management reporting
• Maintain an efficient and systematic filling system
• Handle inventory costing and perform stock take.
• Any other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned from time to time.
