• Liaise with insurance carriers, fire and police departments, government authorities, statutory boards, lawyers, auditors etc on matters relating to building requirement compliance, management and maintenance
• To be responsible for other essential services and functions ranging from administrative, operations to finances relating to building management

• Create a strong brand for the Home through various platforms
• Oversee issuance of publications, media release, use of GP logo, boilerplate, templates and materials
• Undertake any other duties as and when specified by the Head of Home
• Conceptualise, propose and implement programmes
• Create opportunities for mentoring, coaching and supporting youths
• Document planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes for related aspects of youth development

2) Work with buyers to ensure prompt resolution of invoices with discrepancies

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Education:
Education not important. Most important is the experience and with process-oriented mindset.

Skills:
Accounts Payable and General Ledger skills such as preparing monthly accruals, prompt posting of invoices, prompt resolution of discrepant invoices.

Experience:
2-3 years' experience in AP and General ledger (preferable)

a. Office Administration:

• Manage office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and provide assistance where needed.
• Oversee the smooth functioning of day-to-day office procedures.

b. Communication:

• Handle phone calls, emails and directing queries to the appropriate parties.

c. Meeting Coordination:

• Arrange and set up conference rooms, equipment and catering for meetings and events.

d. Data Management and Record Keeping:

• Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital), ensuring records are organized and up-to-date.
• Input and manage data in spreadsheets and databases

e Expense and Invoice Management:

• Track and reconcile staff expenses, ensuring timely submission and reimbursement.
• Assist with invoice processing and basic financial record-keeping as needed.

f. Event Coordination:

• Organize company events, meetings, or training sessions, handling all logistical aspects such as venue booking, catering, and attendee communication.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Management or any related fields.
• Possess 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) (optional but preferred)
