Job Responsibilities

• Incharge of Supermarket Sales
• Plan and execute Promotion and Events in relation to product sales
• To maintain a good rapport with customers.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid motorcycle driving license

Responsibilities:

• Prepare full sets of accounts for internal accounting function
• Prepare Variance Analysis, Accrual & Journal
• Support in preparing weekly / monthly reports quarterly, and Year-end closing of account
• Assist in preparation of financial reports
• Review of billings, payment & staff claim prepared by employees
• Assist in GST Filing and Tax submission
• Provide timely support in budget and forecast
• Ensure compliance with statutory and accounting requirements
• Inter Company reconciliation
• In charge of Inventory review/Stock count
• Overseeing company accounts, all financial activities and operations to improve company financial performances
• Ensure proper internal controls are in place and perform periodic review on the controls, working closely with other functional departments in the process of improving controls
• Other adhoc duties that may be assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree qualified in accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent MS office skills especially on Microsoft Excel
• Organised and meticulous
• Experience in using accounting software
• Ability to work independently with strong accountability

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant sales role.
• Experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Quick learner with a passion for sales.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and goal-driven.
• Willingness to work outside of regular office hours for setup and teardown of promotional events.
• Minimum O-level qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding and offboarding of new and existing clients for the group
• Liaise closely with clients and relevant business units for the onboarding and offboarding process
• Maintain professional and effective working relationships with new clients and relevant business units, and accurately assess the risks of the onboarding applications
• Manage clients’ inquiries and resolve queries or issues promptly during the onboarding process
• Assist new clients with the setting up of their accounts with the Company
• Work closely with the relevant business units to ensure the effective handover processes of the client
• Identify gaps in processes and systems and liaise with IT/ Product team for enhancement
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures whenever there are changes to work processes or systems

Key Responsibilities:
