The Group ESG Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing an organization-wide ESG strategy to ensure responsible and sustainable business practices. This role coordinates across multiple business units and regions to align ESG objectives with corporate goals, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure transparent reporting on ESG initiatives and performance.

Key Responsibilities

(A) Primary Responsibilities

1. ESG Strategy Development and Implementation

o Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive ESG strategy, with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.

o Align ESG initiatives with company goals, brand values, and stakeholder expectations.

o Establish ESG goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting frameworks across the organization.

2. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

o Act as the key point of contact for ESG matters with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, NGOs, and industry associations.

o Collaborate with internal departments to embed ESG considerations into decision-making and operational practices.

3. Governance and Policy Development

o Support the ESG Governance Pillar leader in coordinating policies roll-out by Nippon Paint Holdings that guide ethical, responsible practices, and sustainable business operations.

Requirements
