Within the limits of delegated authority, the Finance and Administrative Manager is responsible for the following duties:

(D) ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT
As technical manager, accountable for the correct and consistent application of policies and procedures in the management of administrative and Finance functions through the provision of technical leadership, guidance, and support to the country office and sub-offices where applicable.

Contributes to strategic planning and policy changes/formulation on administrative matters as necessary. Provides technical input to the establishment of administrative and Finance guidelines. As an Advisor to the Secretary-General, the incumbent updates staff on administrative and Finance policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, providing authoritative advice and administrative support. Decides on the appropriate application and interpretation of administrative rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Coordinates the Administration and Finance of the organisation to support policy reform in administrative and financial management; advises on the applicability of new policy directives. (F) EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
An advanced university degree (minimum of a Master’s degree and preferably a PhD) in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent certificate from a recognized University is mandatory. Qualified Accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent) and Membership of a professional body such as the ACCA, ACA, etc. are mandatory.

A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in the area of finance, financial risk management, or any other comparable experience in a Big 4 (or equivalent) Accounting firm and in industry, preferably with multinational companies, is desirable. Transaction Management will be responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the lending lifecycle including but not limited to loan closing and servicing coordination, facilitating complex client onboarding, data management, and quality control. The team will be accountable and responsible for operational oversight of the closing and servicing of all loan transactions of the business division being supported to ensure all internal and external requirements are met.

In this role, you’re expected to:

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the build and development team to support loan origination and lifecycle management which includes large complex syndicated and bilateral loans covering but not limited to corporate, commercial, real estate, structured lending and trade.
• Assist with the creation of processes, standards, procedures, controls, training, and implementation of transaction management.
• Aid in the design and implementation of technology including testing and rollout.
• Provide training and support to transaction management staff and business constituents.
• Partner with each of the originating and coverage business lines, credit risk, operations, legal, etc.
• Ensure that quality of data, controls and processes performed meet internal policies and regulatory requirements/expectations.

• Take part in loan remediation and loan system testing / migrations.
• Actively manage and maintain a deal closing pipeline of loan transactions.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

The Regional Category Manager defines the strategy for all main- and sub-categories within the defined category on a regional level and manages key supplier relationships (SRM) – in line with global strategies, if applicable. • Track and evaluate supplier performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting achievements, opportunities, and potential risks, taking various tools and data sources into consideration.

8) Continuous Improvement:
