Overview

As a Service Manager, you will be a highly driven individual who is part of the service delivery team that ensures all contracts are actively managed and fronts customers directly. As a Media Manager for our technology client, you will be responsible for collaborating with APAC-based and regional media agencies and internal stakeholders to manage ongoing cross-media initiatives and campaigns across multiple regions, assisting in implementing the regional rollout of global media planning tools. 

The person will be the day-to-day consultant on media strategy for the initiatives mentioned above, including but not limited to channel, audience and ad format strategy, best practices and optimisation to attain program efficiency goals. Basic knowledge of measuring channel/campaign effectiveness is useful for this role.

Role: 

• Manage central media projects that span all product areas, liaising with various local & regional agencies to collect and validate media data. 
• Attend meetings with relevant internal teams and agencies and be able to provide concise notes on key takeaways and actions. 
• Execute training to Marketing teams and agencies as global tools roll out in APAC.
