Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an accomplished Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate cleaning operations while maintaining a strong rapport with clients to guarantee the delivery of top-tier services. Your primary duties will involve ensuring that our teams strictly adhere to safety protocols during all cleaning operations, facilitating the budget planning process to ensure the smooth execution of operations, and meticulously evaluating pertinent data to recommend enhancements for the cleaning processes.

Prepare work method statement and Risk Assessment for all scopes.

Manage cleaning operations and liaise with clients to ensure quality service delivery. Ensure teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operations.

Facilitate budget planning for smooth flow of operations. Evaluate relevant data to propose recommendations for cleaning process improvement.

Cleaning operations manager plans, directs and monitors the cleaning operations of the cleaning company or cleaning department. He/she oversees the management of resources on project sites.

He/she develops cleaning operational plans and manages service contracts and incidents related to cleaning operations.

Must be able to hands-on and work shift. Be prepared to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts (7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, or 11pm to 7am), weekends, and public holidays, as assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assist management in developing and strengthening operations processes and workflows.

2. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards set by management.

3. Review day-to-day operations process flow, summarize key results, and provide feedback and improvement plans.

4. Manage customer experience and expectations, attend and resolve customer problems, complaints, and service requests.

6. Manage service crew duty rosters and performance, and develop training plans to ensure service excellence.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, or in hospitality or customer-oriented job in front-line capacity.

2. Experienced in a supervisory role within the childcare, recreational, or entertainment industry is preferred.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.

4. Able to perform shift schedules and commit during peak periods (i.e. School Holiday, Weekends, Public Holiday) with long hours of standing/walking.

5. Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

6. A good team player with a high level of enthusiasm, drive, initiative and commitment.

7. Experienced in using Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.

As a Case Manager, the job requires you to:

1. Create and Individualised Care Plan for each and every resident; and work towards addressing their psychosocial needs through care and counselling, eventual rehabilitation and reintegration into the community.

2. Assess the residents' needs and risk profile in case planning.

3. Operationalise the care plans for residents and work with other professionals and non-professionals involved in the care of residents.

4. Monitor the residents' progress in the Home and to review their plans six monthly.

5. Conduct induction session with new residents within 3 days upon admission.

6. Conduct home visits for a safety assessment of the home leave environment prior to allowing residents to go on home leave with their families.

7. Conduct monthly counselling session with residents and address issues accordingly.

8. Contact and utilise community resources on residents' behalf, and to serve as a link between the resident and these resource systems.

9. Refer resident to community agencies for post-discharge support at least one month before discharge.

10. Educate and assist staff to better understand the social, emotional, and health issues of the residents
