1. Assist Manager in liaising and submitting Food Lab test samples and provide lab test reports.

Requirements

Contract Marketing Executive (Presentations/RFP)

• Updating of information in the presentation, formatting, insuring correct disclosures, the approval via investment / investment specialists / compliance as well as the coordination of printing / shipping the presentation
  • Assist in the design and creation of customised presentations and enhance current presentations using company branding guidelines
  • Assist in completing RFPs and DDQs through using Qvidian, interacting with SMEs and gathering data from internal systems.
  • Work closely with senior team members and various departments across the Group to complete assigned tasks
  • Attend to ad-hoc queries and requests for information efficiently
