• Lead Supplier Performance Review with inputs from cross-functional stakeholders, including the development of Supplier Scorecard and annual business review schedules.
• Act as 2nd escalation point for supplier non-conformance issues and ensure timely resolution e.g. late and/or missing deliveries, material quality issues etc.
• Conduct periodical supply risk assessment, propose and test adequate countermeasures.

Continuous Improvements & Reporting

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client onboarding exercise and complete onboarding checklist, SWOT analysis and gap assessment during the project conception
• Planning with the team, choosing, organizing, and motivating across different vendors
• Overseeing and monitoring all the Campaign progress activities as per the timeline
• Delivering and ensure client satisfaction within budget allocated
• Engage senior stakeholders to discuss and address project issues and risks
• Drive and manage project end to end delivery including requirement, design, testing, deployment
