We Are Looking For

As the Network Engineer, you will be reporting to the Senior Operations Manager. You will be responsible for the monitoring and maintaining the operational integrity of the Data Center cable network. Your role is crucial in ensuring uninterrupted communication and data transmission across international regions through the Data Center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, resolve and update all Operations-assigned service tickets (trouble tickets and customer request, installations of electrical and physical equipment) throughout the daily shift using PDG’s ticketing system

Key Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is responding to application incident tickets, investigate thoroughly and ensure closure within the agreed SLA.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application-related issues reported by Users, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on productivity.
• To conduct root cause analysis, with help of L3, of an issue and prevent the same issue from happening in the future.
• Documenting the solutions and workarounds for future reference in knowledge DB.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / engineering or its equivalent
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

What you will do:
