Job Description:

• Involve in New PCBA design review with designer during development stage, identify weak card design and follow-up with designer for improvement
• Coordinate and review equipment set-up parameters for new PCBA samples run to identify problems and improvement
• Trouble shoot PCB quality problems, make countermeasures for preventions and improvements on each sample state
• Design and Fabricate jigs/fixture, prepare SMT stencil for each status of sample
• Perform and follow-up on First Product Inspection on PCBA cards for new product
• Study and improve production quality yield for each status of sample
• Study and setup PCBA process for product implementation for QCD requirement
• Perform Manufacturability Review for New Product’s PCBA
• Perform failure analysis on Current and New Product’s PCBA

As a Senior Systems Engineer for FOD Detection Systems in Aviation, you will oversee the system-level design, integration, and maintenance of our FOD detection systems. Your expertise in systems engineering will be essential in ensuring that all components work together seamlessly and efficiently.

What will you do?

• Oversee the system-level design and integration of FOD detection systems.
• Ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
• Develop and implement system testing and validation procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues.
• Maintain and configure system networks, ensuring cyber security considerations are met.
• Manage backend software such as DP, network monitoring, backup, antivirus, etc.
• Set up and maintain systems, preferably video surveillance systems, including network components such as switches, firewalls, and computers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our FOD detection technologies through innovation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all system-level designs and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• B.Eng degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 7 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on network design and configuration.
• Good knowledge of system network design, configuration, and cyber security considerations.
• Good knowledge of backend software such as Database, network monitoring, backup, antivirus…etc
• Familiarity with backend software such as DP, network monitoring, backup, antivirus, etc.
• Hands-on experience with setup and maintenance of systems, preferably video surveillance systems, including network components such as switches, firewalls, and computers.
• Studied or have experience with video processing and camera-related knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience with CAG/CAAS projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to write reports.

A successful candidate will possess a proven technical background, relevant Information Security experience with a strong focus in the Incident Response lifecycle. You will work with a global team of security professionals on a follow-the-sun model with a primary focus on the identification, containment, and mitigation of security incidents. This role is an integral part of the security controls Apple uses to protect its customers, brand, and data. This person will have the opportunity to work on technology and processes with global reach.

Minimum Qualifications

• More than 7 years of experience in Information Security with a focus on Incident Response, Security Engineering, and/or Intrusion Detection
• Proficient understanding of incident response automation strategies, with demonstrated ability to implement them
• Proficient understanding of threat modeling, operational threat intelligence, and common attack vectors
• Knowledge of web application vulnerabilities with ability to triage/verify OWASP Top 10 issues
• In-depth technical knowledge of macOS or Linux Operating Systems
• Exceptional analytical and investigative skills with hands-on experience, with demonstrated ability to analyze endpoint, network, and application logs
• Proficient in one or more programming/scripting languages
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with disk and memory forensic tools
