Job Requirements:

• College degree of Science/ Engineering or equivalent knowledge with 2+ years' experience in quality control including 1+ years’ experience in customer quality management, QMS and ISO Certification Audits.
• At least 1-year of quality engineer’s experience in incoming, manufacturing and customer service area.
• Strong leadership and result-driven / goal-oriented.
• Knowledge of quality system management standards, such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare/Review spare parts list and equipment data inventory control and ensure critical spare availability
2. Optimise spare parts and manage stock effectively by using CMMS TMQ-W.
3. Ensure no down time due to unavailability of spare parts.
4. Service used equipment’s and components and ensure ready to use all time.
5. Analyse and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors.
6. Manage in-house contractors to execute maintenance timely and effectively.
7. Develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedule for plant equipment’s and execute Preventive maintenance, Routine inspection and periodical inspection on Rotating and static equipment’s by co-ordinate with contractors at site.
8. Manage annual shutdown maintenance related to facilities and management of actual site work, liaising with contractors and production group.
9. Update long-term maintenance plan for facilities and utility equipment’s.
10. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with AKSS EHS policies.

Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering or the equivalent
2. 3-5 years of experience in Plant & facilities in chemical plant.
3. Basic understanding of maintenance technology manufacturing process plant environment.
4. Demonstrated ability to adjust contractors independently and effectively.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design and supervise civil engineering works for local projects
• Ensure all engineering works comply with all relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of Practice

• Carry out grinding process for external or internal cylindrical surfaces.

• Read and interpret technical drawings.

• Determine grinding speeds, feed rates, holding fixtures, and grinding wheels to be used.

• Mount grinding wheel.

• Dress wheel according to specifications.

• Confirm ground work piece has the correct specifications.

• Change worn grinding wheels.

• Check grinding wheel.

• Utilize micrometers, calipers, and preset gauges.
