We have been evolving our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) over the past few years and are looking for an individual who will help us determine its future state. Our data warehouse needs to be the single source of truth when it comes to financial data produced throughout the firm. You will be responsible for planning, leading, coordinating, and monitoring activities of one or more projects covering various facets of the project life cycle ranging from project initiation to analysis and implementation. The current technology stack is Linux based, utilizing Vertica, Python, Perl, Tableau, and a Service Oriented Architecture for data distribution. The creation of the roadmap for the future technology stack is in progress and it will certainly leverage AWS for all or portions of the platform.

Principal Responsibilities

* Manage the delivery of multiple projects while keeping all stakeholders and sponsors informed

* Determine business and technology requirements, time frames and procedures for successful delivery of projects

* Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and use those relationships to problem solve holistically.

* Appropriately orchestrate the necessary involvement of various disciplines to contribute to project success

* Influence large teams of stakeholders across multiple organizations to drive the execution of complex projects

Qualifications/Skill Required:

10+ years of work experience as a PM in the IT industry with specialization in Data Warehousing

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience with project management and analytics; ability to partner with technology, and business stakeholders to implement initiatives

Experience with Agile Development methodology

Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Maintain inspection records of works, materials and all completed works

· Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the PM

· Implement cost control measures to meet project budget

· Site co-ordination with all concerned parties and to resolve site issues

· Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation, according to the Project Management Plan.

· Liaising with consultants on design analysis, design work, design check for approval and to resolve technical issues on site.

· Site inspection for civil work, which includes excavation, structural, casting and ensure that the work is executed as per the project specification and construction drawing/final approved drawing from authorities.

· Ensure worker carried out meet out quality standards and contractual requirements.

·To control materials, plan the overall schedule and implement specific planning measures

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field

· Minium 3 years of project environment experience

· Able to work independently and possess good problem-solving skill.

· Superior civil, structural, or architectural engineering working knowledge of plans, engineering drawings, specifications and schematics associated with the mechanical and plumbing trades
