The main objectives of this position are to oversee the investment strategy, management, and performance of private assets in IM which includes:

1. Private Equity & Venture Capital
2. Real Estate
3. Private Debt
5. Other Alternative Investments

Our private asset investments have matured and developed over the last 3 years. We now have a large successful program covering circa US$35bn in committed assets across 3 private sub strategies: - Private Equity-VC, Private Credit and Real Estate which have been run separately until now. The program is large, but also increasingly complex, with 88 different GPs and 253 underlying funds. This complexity will only increase as the program matures, particularly considering increasing levels of co-investments as well as the move towards more segregated accounts for new commitments.

This new position will oversee and coordinate the overall program. Reporting to AIAIM CIO, this role will deliver an overall clear strategy and focus on robust implementation across the entire private program to ensure ongoing strong delivery of performance. The role will ensure we have the right strategy in place, the most efficient operating model & implementation and finally, the right systems setup across Aladdin and E- Front to ensure we can provide all stakeholders with the reporting transparency on the program that they require.

The role is expected to drive people management and leadership development for these teams and also work seamlessly with Group Investment, Business Units and AIAIM to achieve its objectives and manage communications with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• The role will focus on coordinating across the 3 sub strategies with both the existing IM asset class heads (PE/VC/PC/RE) as well as the Regional Asset class heads and HK teams.
• Manage and construct outsourced private portfolios, from idea generation/fund selection to investment due diligence and portfolio construction, to meet the portfolio’s overall risk and return targets.
• Provide regular analysis and assessment of the portfolios, including regular manager review, including where needed to develop tools and reports to manage risk and performance.
• Build research expertise and in conjunction with AIAIM Head of MO to develop analytical tools to support decision making.
• Actively contribute to the Group’s investment process to aid formulation of an outlook on global markets.
• Report portfolio performance and attribution to LBU CIO and stakeholders.
• Be both a team player and a coach/mentor for the other members in the investment teams.

Requirements

• At least 20 years of investment experience with large complex multi asset funds such as pension and insurance funds at both the top-down mandate construction and setting level as well as the bottom-up portfolio implementation.
• Strong expertise in all aspect of private markets
• Outstanding technical proficiency, understanding of investment strategies and their implications, as well as implementation and value enhancement strategies.
• Strong system and operational understanding across all aspects of private asset investments with experience in transition management
• Strong knowledge of Aladdin/E Front is an advantage.
• Experience working with or in an Insurance AMC.

Job summary:

The Supply Chain Assistant Manager will support the planning and execution of supply chain activities, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations. Job duties:

Logistics

• Follow up on all import shipping documents from factories and update shipment details.
• Ensure shipment detail file is updated on a timely basis.
• Ensure all imports arrive on time by checking carriers’ website and follow up with 3PL for timely clearance
• Manage any discrepancies between physical stocks and documents from factory
• Report all incoming damages to factory and follow up on resolution
• Ensure quality issues detected by 3PL are followed by QA with factory for resolution and handle all claim process
• Report to factory immediately all temperature excursion incidences
• To support GSA Finance - raise PO for all logistics spend, perform goods receipt in PO system, verify invoice, make accruals and prepare logistic cost dashboard.

Customer service

• Check customer orders received is align with allocation provided by Supply Planner
• Release customer orders into RDC system
• Update and consolidate actual shipped orders to ensure customer’s orders are fulfilled
• Issue invoice and attach COA for all export shipments
• Co-ordinate with 3PL and Freight forwarder to ensure on-time shipment to customers
• Ensure all redressed products are shipped within agreed time in 3PL contract
• Ensure completeness of export documents before filing

Planning

• Support regional planners to take actions to manage ageing stocks
• Working with selected factories to review supply planning to ensure supply is within target range and shipment is on time. Provide early alerts to markets when there is potential risk of out of stock
• Other duties as required by Manager or as per detailed in any updated Standard Operating Procedure

Procurement & Budget Management

The Senior Tax Consultant will play a key role within a public accounting firm in Singapore, responsible for providing professional tax and financial advisory services to corporate and individual clients. This position aims to provide Management Support to Japanese companies operating in the Southeast Asia Region in the Strategy & Business Design unit. • Handle reassignment of tasks when needed
• Inspect work done by cleaners daily.
• Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety and tender specifications.
• Monitor cleaning material stock level and re-order materials when needed.
• Plan out the work schedule for cleaners.
• Solve operational problems and make decisions.
• Submit daily cleanliness report.
• Supervise a team of cleaners in their assigned task.
• Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• May occasionally be requested for business trip outside of Singapore for IT operations.
• Assist in setup of servers, firewalls and other network equipment for small offices
• Provide office IT support to the company employees.
• Provide vessel IT support to the crews onboard the vessels.
• Ensure all the IT issues are resolved within the stipulated time.
• Ensure assigned IT project tasks are completed within the stipulated timeline.
• Provide effective communication and customer service to the employees and the crews, in person and through phone calls and emails.
• Oversee and keep IT assets such as servers, laptops, monitors and printers.
• Update the IT asset inventory, application accounts and audit related documents regularly.
• Setup account, preparation of hardware and software for new hires.
• Participate/assist in internal and external audits.
• Prepare simple troubleshooting documentation for the staff and crews.
• Oversee IT procurement according to the company process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or recognized Diploma in technology or computer science.
• Preferably 3-5 years or above experience working in infrastructure, network and security areas.
• Knowledge and certification in Microsoft 365, VMWare, Microsoft Hyper-V and CCNA will be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge and experience in LAN/WAN network configuration
• Able to multi-tasking and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge in security risk assessment, audit, vulnerability scanning, data and application security is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Handles all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the catering team.

Assist to oversee the preparation of the food in the kitchen and function sites to ensure that food service is provided to the customer’s satisfaction.

Handle employee issues and training.

Responsible for selling the business to new clients and work closely with customers to understand and fulfill their wishes.

Respond to customer feedback.

Plan menus and ensure the catering operation maintains an inventory of stock both food and serving supplies.

Coordinate with chefs on daily production schedule.

Any Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned by the management.
