Overview of the role: We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and ensure we attract and retain top talent aligned with our company culture and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, strategic planning, and team leadership, with a passion for building high-performing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Workforce Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Proactively approach workforce planning to ensure the organization is well-prepared for future staffing needs.
- Recruitment Strategy:
Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the health and wellness industry.
Consider market trends and competitor analysis to stay ahead in talent acquisition.
- Recruitment Process Management:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Streamline processes from job requisition creation to onboarding for a seamless candidate experience.
- Sourcing and Attraction:
Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and talent pipelines to attract high-quality candidates aligned with the company culture.
- Candidate Assessment:
Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through interviews, screenings, and assessments.
- Employer Branding:
Enhance and promote the employer brand to attract top talent.
Develop and execute employer branding strategies that highlight the company's culture, values, and employee value proposition.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on talent market trends, and collaborate on defining job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to contribute effectively to the organization's staffing goals.
- Technology and Analytics:
Leverage technology and data analytics to optimize the talent acquisition process, track key performance indicators, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition to continuously improve processes and stay competitive in attracting top talent.
Requirements
Years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on strategic workforce planning.
Demonstrated success in designing and executing effective recruitment strategies in a competitive market.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
Proficiency in leveraging technology and data analytics for talent acquisition optimization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Strong understanding of employer branding and its impact on attracting top talent.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Work Arrangement
This is a full time position.
We work Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM SGT (GMT+8).
