• Plan, direct and coordinate construction activities including understanding Client’s requirements, technical specification and commercial reviews and bid development to include time frame, construction procedures, manning requirements and allotted available resources for each phase of the project.
• Estimate work and prepare proposals based on information extracted from the bid documents and site walks and bid clarification meetings.
• Manage job schedules, performance, and potential work scope issues that may arise.
• Responsible for ensuring project invoicing is completed in a timely fashion to achieve positive cash flow and that invoices are correct to minimize re‐invoicing or delayed payment.
• Identify and communicate work changes as they occur.
• Responsible for negotiating the cost (if any) of the change order with the Client, documenting the change and capturing the appropriate cost and revenue differentials.
• Coordinate and maintain constant communication between all stake holders of the projects.
• Coordinate engineering and shop fabrication and field installations; arrange all rental equipment and jobsite supply agreements; and secure and manage subcontract agreements.
• Responsible for execution of job close out procedure upon completion of the work, and delivery of job close out packages and reports to the Client in a timely manner.

Work Standards:

Setting high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing projects.

Knowledge of above ground storage tank design and construction; and API 653 Certification are strongly preferred.

Sales Management

• Responsible for Top-line target / budget through management of sales activities and projects for the Modern off Trade. Optimize sales opportunities and defend/gain market share.
• Develop short and long-term strategic plans in line with channel strategy, prepare and review business plans to ensure overall plan is commercially focused in revenue and profits.
• Formulate strategies to drive sales based on market developments, management feedback, and ensure inventory forecast is accurate and healthy.
• Work with Marketing and Trade Marketing to ensure brands are preserved and segment activities are relevant and impactful to drive sales.
• Optimize distribution for all represented brands and opportunity at each segment and ensure to have the right partnership to drive sell-out and enhance customer focus in key markets.

Key Account Management

• Ensure continuous development of the segment account management function and ensure best practice, and consistency across account management.
• Perform sales analysis to manage performance against budget and assessment of market penetration.
• Maintain an effective communication process to and from key partners, including communicating brand direction, opportunities and resolution of business issues; ensure consistent communication with internal operating departments and management to ensure our ability to execute against sales plans.
• Prepare forecasts against sales within the segment on a periodic basis and to monitor and manage changes to the forecast to ensure that the pipeline of activity is always sufficient to meet the allocated target(s).
• Develop solid and long-term influential relationships with retailers and key decision makers at all levels in the assigned customer base.

Market / Customer Insights and Communication

• Monitor competitors’ activities; plan and implement promotional activities
• Observe and monitor market movements including the needs of consumers, provide analysis and formulate a strategy to target key opportunities and tailor value propositions to establish differentiating plus sustainable advantage.

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any business-related disciplines
• 5 years of relevant working experience in the FMCG industry
• Successful track record working with modern trade account

n Manage and operator IT backup devices

n Plan for, develop, deliver and support properly engineered IT services and backup solutions to meet the needs of a business
