• Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO)
• Possess valid registration with Ministry of Manpower
• Possess a level of physical fitness appropriate to the job requirements, keen observation and knowledge of WSH requirements to enforce safety compliance at the workplace

Scope:

▪ Handling of incoming phone calls and recording phone logs.

▪ Update and file leave & MC to EO & EAS.

▪ Performing simple administrative work and monthly reports.

▪ Managing counter duties such as attending to students, parents and walk-in visitors’ queries

▪ Distribute i-exam registration slips & Giro Option forms.

Responding to enquiries and providing general useful information

▪ Attending to goods delivery on behalf of staff

▪ Caring of unwell students by rendering basic assistance to walk-in

▪ To conduct wipe down using disinfectant for front counter daily after recess and after lunch and for chairs at visitor waiting area daily at least once a day

Qualification:

▪ Minimum GCE “O” level

▪ Preferably with experience in a school environment

▪ Good communication and inter-personal skills

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday: 7:00AM to 4:00PM

Work location: Woodlands

Scope of works:

• Responsible for handling telephone and walk-in enquires/requests on school events and general school related questions
• Perform administrative and logistics duties for teaching staff and supervisors.
• Taking care of students at sickbay and maintain record of them.
• Data entry and record keeping.
• Any other work assigned by the Administration Manager.

Requiments:

(i) Minimum 2 yrs experience working in secondary schools.

(ii) Minimum GCE "O" or "N" level certificate or equivalent.

(iii) Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

(iv) Be conversant in English and Mandarin.

Mondays to Fridays: 7:00AM to 4:30PM

• Service not required on Sundays, gazetted public holidays.
