We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Officer to ensure our bank complies with domestic and international financial regulations and policies. This role focuses on understanding financial regulatory requirements and providing strategic direction for their implementation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Check bank's compliance with MAS regulations and reports submitted to MAS.
• Conduct research and analysis on financial regulations and policies.
• Develop policies and processes to apply regulatory requirements within the organization.
• Conduct internal education and training on regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with external audits and regulatory agencies.
• Continuously improve and update regulatory compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial regulation or compliance.
• Broad understanding and experience with financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and demonstrate leadership skills.

Preferable

• Direct communication experience with MAS.
• Consulting experience related to the enactment and revision of banking regulations.

• Efficiently, courteously and expediently welcome, handle, check in, check out and bid farewell for all VIP lounge guests ensuring their comfort and satisfaction, adhering by the hotel standards required.
• Efficiently and courteously provide cashiering-related services and foreign exchange.
• Adhere to all credit procedures and accounting procedures as they pertain to the registration process.
• Efficiently and courteously provide information and assistance and maintain excellent relations at all times.
• To handle all keys, mail, telexes, messages and any other items for guest as requested.
• To assign rooms and prepare keys/folders for all arriving guests.
• Maintain good guest relations with in-house guests at all times.
• o contribute in developing the hotel’s Guest History system by obtaining relevant details and inputting them into the hotel information system.
• Efficiently and courteously provide Food & Beverage related services ensuring guests’ comfort and satisfaction, adhering by the hotel standard required.
• Perform other duties related or unrelated to VIP lounge or as assigned by Manager.

Jobscope:

• Ensure that the manufacturing facilities, process and systems are validated in full compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements so as to meet the stipulated product quality standards in line with established specifications of the organization.
• Play a key role in assessing, reviewing and approving changes that may have an impact on the validation status of the facilities, processes and system on site.
• Act as a Validation Coordinator for projects having quality impact, chair the Validation Working Party meetings and lead the conduct of validation activities to ensure that validation/regulatory requirements are met.
• Review and authorize validation protocol documents and reports
• Participate as an audit team members and/or as a subject matter expert.
• Participate in the conduct of investigations relating to customer complaints/ failures
• Perform QA role in New Production Introduction (NPI) projects to ensure that the manufacture complies with GMP requirements
• Lead the cleaning validation programme to ensure that all cleaning methods used are validated in compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Chemical Engineering or other relevant engineering discipline.
• Possess 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the Pharmaceutical or other relevant industry.
• Experience in manufacturing validation which includes Facility, Equipment and Process qualification.
• Good knowledge of GMP and validation
• Good knowledge of quality and manufacturing process knowledge
• Good knowledge of validation system and its principles.
• Excellent problem analysis, technical writing and oral communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a dynamic team player with leadership skills. Able to work and influence a cross-functional team.
