Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in science, Business, Education or equivalent ideally with an optometry, business, or science background
• Communication with professional certifications in training, coaching, or sales-related disciplines are advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in eye care industry as an Optometrist or trainer / manager in optical stores/ eye health organisations , with proficiency managing digital LMS platforms and multimedia tools for training content development in eye care professional, using e-learning platforms and multimedia tools for training content development.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, strategic selling, negotiation techniques, and CRM tools like Sales force effectiveness, Tableau. Ability to tailor training content to various learning styles and skill levels. Effective presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of building strategic partnerships with customers across all levels, owners & store levels
• Experience handling sales & key accounts preferably from Optical or FMCG industry with basic knowledge of brand & category management

This temporary staff shall support the academy in the academic writing and copyediting assignments to develop, edit and convert existing basic training materials into SUSS study guide format for accreditation purpose.

Responsibilities:

Academic writing

Copyediting

The genomics lab is looking for a (Senior) Research Officer to support spatial genomics service, such as STOmics. The ideal candidate would be experienced in various techniques involved in STOmics workflows, and have a passion for troubleshooting, process improvement and training in a service lab.

• Perform entire STOmics workflow from cryosectioning of tissues and deliver high quality results.
