JOB DESCRIPTION

• Optimise and automate assay protocols for high throughput screening.
• Implement developed assays for screening of extracts and strains for biological activities.
• Perform further testing on primary hit samples, including activity confirmation, potency and selectivity assessment.
• Provide assay support for hit follow up, such as bioassay-guided compound isolation.
• Analyse assay data using statistical parameters and interpretate results.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Job Description

• Carry out full time supervision for construction of structural works in accordance to BCA approved structural drawings in compliance to Building and Control Act and regulations
• Check that requirements of specifications in regards to materials and workmanship are complied with the project specifications by the Builders.
